2.1. Aaylixir Inc is a make-to-order brand. All products are handcrafted, and slight variations may occur. These variations are not considered defects but are indicative of the handmade nature of our products.

3. ORDERS AND PAYMENTS
3.1. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including errors in product information or issues with payment processing.
3.2. Prices are listed in AED(Dihram) unless otherwise stated. For international customers, currency conversion fees may apply and are borne by the customer.
3.3. Payments must be completed using one of the payment methods listed on our website. Orders will not be processed until full payment is received.
4. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

4.2. Aaylixir Inc is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, natural disasters, or other unforeseen circumstances.
5. RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS
5.1. Due to the make-to-order nature of our products, returns are not accepted unless the item is defective or incorrect. Please refer to our Returns Policy for more information.
5.2. Order cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of purchase. Once production begins, cancellations are not possible.
