General Delivery info
Aaylixir Designs is a make-to-order brand, where each piece is crafted exclusively for you upon ordering from our online store. The estimated dispatch time for each product is mentioned on its respective product page. Orders are typically delivery within 15 days.
After placing an order, you will receive an email confirming the order details, including the product(s) ordered and the estimated delivery time. All orders are handmade in-house and shipped from our studio in New Delhi, India, to the shipping address provided during checkout. We offer worldwide shipping through our trusted delivery partner, FedEx.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with the tracking number and a link to the shipping partner’s website for tracking. You can track your order using the tracking number provided.
SHIPPING WITHIN INDIA
We provide free shipping for all orders within India through registered courier companies. For deliveries within India, taxes and duties are included in the product prices listed on our website. Orders are typically delivery within 15 days.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
The shipping cost for international orders is calculated at checkout based on the destination, weight, and volume of the purchased products. International shipping charges typically range between INR 1000 to INR 3000. Orders are typically delivery within 15 days.
Please note that custom duties and local taxes for international deliveries are not included in your order. These charges are separate from the shipping and handling fees paid at checkout and must be paid by the customer directly to our shipping partner (DHL, FedEx, Aramex, etc.) upon delivery. The duties and taxes vary depending on the policies of your destination country.
If our shipping partner is unable to deliver your order due to non-receipt by the consignee, incorrect contact details, or an incorrect address (as provided by the customer), and the shipment is returned to us in India, the customer will be responsible for the costs of custom duties, local taxes, and the return shipment.
CHANGES / CANCELLATIONS
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order at support@theaaylixir.com. Payments will be refunded using the original payment method within 14 working days. Once an order goes into production, cancellations and refunds will not be possible.
UNFORESEEN DELAYS
Our delivery timeline does not account for unforeseen delays caused by natural disasters, wars, calamities, epidemics, or other events beyond our control. In such cases, your order will be processed and dispatched once production and supply chain operations resume as normal.
